About the Job
Our Newly Remodeled Days Inn & Suites Downtown Missoula-University is looking for a full time Breakfast Attendant/Cook to join our Team of professionals. We are searching for a team player who is enthusiastic, outgoing, good with guests, prompt & reliable and has excellent customer service skills.
The shift will be from 5 am to 11 am. This is a 6 hour shift. We are looking for one person to work 4-5 days a week. More hours may be available in another department in our hotel (if desired).
Primary Duties:

Primary Duties:
- Arrive before the breakfast room opens to prep items for the day and get items cooking for the buffet that opens at 6 am.
- We have a flat grill, and this person will cook scrambled eggs, sausage and we also have a Convection Oven to cook our potatoes in. The Breakfast person is responsible for preparing all breakfast items.
- Stock and maintain an adequate supply of all items.
- Greet guests and interact with guests in a cheery and hospitable manner.
- Clean and maintain Health and Safety standards in the Kitchen space.
- Keep dining area clean (tables and floors).
- Wash dishes.
- Take out garbage.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in a restaurant or other cooking setting is desirable, but not required. We will train the right individuals.
- Reliable and Punctual is a MUST.
- Customer Service skills to interact with our guests and treat them to excellent service and food.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently while stocking Back House items.
- Servsafe certified is a plus.
